This page explains how Tiger Transporter processes the personal data collected through this website. We act as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and follow equivalent GDPR principles for visitors in the EU.
What we collect
- Name, company, e-mail address and phone number submitted through our contact and quote forms.
- Shipment details and message content you write in the form.
- Technical records of site usage (IP address, browser information, visit time).
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, conclude and perform a transport contract, and meet our statutory record-keeping obligations. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only parties required to perform the transport: customs brokers, insurers, subcontracted carriers and destination agents. Also with public authorities where legally required. We do not sell or otherwise share your data.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for a maximum of two years after we respond. Where a contract is concluded, commercial and tax legislation requires a ten-year retention period.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is being processed, request correction or deletion, and request restriction of processing. Send your request to the e-mail address on this site; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the strictly necessary cookie for session security. We run no third-party advertising or profiling trackers.
