Yes. Once the cargo is loaded you receive a tracking number. Enter it on our tracking page to see the latest status. Your operations contact also informs you at key milestones: loading, border crossing and delivery.

We do. Our groupage service accepts a single pallet, even a few cartons. You pay only for the space your cargo occupies. Loads consolidated at our hubs depart on a fixed weekly schedule.

Yes, we provide customs brokerage. Import and export declarations, transit procedures, ATR and EUR.1 certificates, certificates of origin — we prepare all of them. Because this runs in parallel with the transport, there is no waiting at the border.

All our road movements are covered by CMR insurance, which covers carrier liability on a weight basis with a cap. If your cargo is high-value, we arrange additional cargo insurance on the invoice value — let us discuss it at the quote stage.

Pickup and delivery addresses, type of goods, gross weight, number and dimensions of pallets, and the loading date. For dangerous goods we need the UN number; for cold chain, the temperature range. With these we come back the same day with a price and transit time.

Yes. With low-bed and modular trailers we move loads over 60 tonnes. For this work we first survey the route, calculate bridge loads and obtain permits. Where needed, we also coordinate escort vehicles and power-line clearance.

For a first shipment we usually work on prepayment or payment before delivery. Regular customers are invoiced on credit terms. Freight is invoiced in the currency stated on the quote, so there are no exchange-rate surprises.

Yes, we operate ADR-certified vehicles and drivers. We plan the vehicle and route according to the UN number, class and packing group. Some classes require special permits, which we clarify before loading.

We offer short- and long-term storage at our facilities in Bursa, Istanbul and Mersin. The Bursa site is a type-A bonded warehouse, so goods can be held under customs supervision and duties paid only on release.
